Welcome to batpk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and batpk ("batpk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at batpk.club. These Terms apply to all services provided through the batpk platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, slots, promotional offers, and payment processing services.

The batpk platform is operated under an international gaming license. Access to and use of the batpk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. batpk enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will request government-issued identification documents during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm your age before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the batpk platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of batpk, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the batpk platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.

batpk reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money games and sports betting on batpk, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the batpk platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across the duplicate accounts and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, contact number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. batpk will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your batpk account. This adds a layer of protection against unauthorised access, particularly important given the value of PKR deposits held in your wallet.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, batpk requires identity verification. Accepted documents include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.
• Account Currency: All batpk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your playing balance.

batpk supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on batpk is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though large transactions may be subject to additional compliance checks.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed same-day during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are confirmed after the required number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval for accounts that have completed KYC verification. JazzCash and EasyPaisa cashouts typically complete within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: A minimum of one real-money wager must be placed before a withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies universally across all batpk accounts.
• Same Payment Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. This is a compliance requirement to prevent money laundering through the platform.

batpk reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above certain thresholds or where transaction patterns trigger internal compliance reviews. This is a regulatory requirement and is not an indication of wrongdoing on your part.

batpk offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-specific promotions tied to PSL and international tournament schedules. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). You must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the stated figure before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, sports betting, and certain other game types may contribute at reduced rates. Contribution percentages are listed on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple deposit bonuses or combine a welcome bonus with a reload offer simultaneously.
• Abuse and Fraud: batpk maintains sophisticated detection systems for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using patterns of play designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating bonus strategies with other players. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Free Spins: Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to standard wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

batpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, batpk's decision is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13 of these Terms.

All games and betting markets available on the batpk platform are governed by specific rules published within each game and market. The following general rules apply to all real-money activity on batpk:

• Finality of Results: The result of any game or bet, once settled, is final. batpk will not reverse settled results unless there is clear evidence of a system error or technical malfunction that directly affected the outcome.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or live betting event, batpk reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount to your account balance. No additional compensation will be paid for inconvenience caused by technical errors.
• Sports Betting — PSL & Cricket: All cricket and PSL betting markets are subject to the specific rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. In-play markets are offered at batpk's discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets placed after the relevant event or market has closed will be voided.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per game and per market. These are displayed at the point of placing each bet or game wager. Stakes outside these limits will be rejected by the system.
• Disconnection Policy: For casino games, if your session is disconnected mid-game, the game will complete according to its programmed rules. For sports betting, a disconnection does not invalidate a bet already confirmed by the system prior to disconnection.
• Currency: All bets and game wagers on batpk are placed and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Exchange rates are not applicable as batpk is a PKR-native platform.

batpk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviour. batpk takes its responsibility to these players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all batpk account holders, accessible directly from your account dashboard after logging in — without any need to contact support first:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum PKR loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts after a defined number of minutes of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of your net financial position during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (24 hours to 12 months) or a permanent exclusion from the batpk platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and will result in account closure and return of any real-money balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batpk platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently terminated with funds forfeited where legally permissible:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets.
• Opening or operating more than one batpk account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using batpk as a mechanism to transfer or obscure the origins of funds.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Allowing a third party to operate your batpk account on your behalf, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing batpk staff or other players through any communication channel.

batpk actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review processes. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

All content on the batpk platform — including but not limited to the batpk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of batpk or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the batpk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any batpk content.
• Use the batpk brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Scrape, extract, or systematically collect data from the batpk platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any batpk software.
• Frame or embed any portion of the batpk platform on a third-party website without express written permission.

Unauthorised use of batpk intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability. batpk actively enforces its intellectual property rights and will pursue legal remedies where necessary.

batpk collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering a batpk account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The key data practices you should be aware of include:

• Data Collected: We collect registration information, KYC documents, transaction history, game activity, device information, and communication records.
• Data Use: Your data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the batpk platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data Retention: Transaction records and KYC documents are retained for a minimum of five years from account closure, as required by anti-money-laundering regulations applicable to our gaming licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your batpk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

batpk shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Any loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet outages, server downtime, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events outside batpk's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by local law.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your batpk account by contacting our support team via Live Chat. batpk will process your account closure request within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided that all KYC requirements have been fulfilled and no outstanding compliance investigations are pending.

batpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or false identity documents.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 08.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory instruction or requirement from the relevant licensing authority.

Upon termination for cause, batpk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, they will be forfeited. Where termination is not for cause, any legitimate balance will be returned within 10 business days.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which batpk holds its international gaming licence. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes with batpk through the following process:

1. Stage 1 — Support Contact: Submit a formal written complaint to the batpk support team via Live Chat or by email to the address listed in the footer of this page. batpk will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
2. Stage 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the Stage 1 outcome, you may escalate your complaint to the batpk Compliance team. A senior review will be completed within 15 business days.
3. Stage 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after Stage 2, you may refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body associated with batpk's gaming licence jurisdiction.

Pakistani players should note that it is their personal responsibility to understand and comply with any local laws applicable to online gambling in their specific location within Pakistan. batpk makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any specific Pakistani jurisdiction.

batpk reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification upon their next login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the batpk platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
